First Use : Make sure to clean the reservoir before the first use.

This grinder is made up of four parts; a fold-able handle which fits into the grinder for easy storage, the burr section, a lid and a reservoir to collect the ground coffee.
Grind coarseness can be adjusted by using the handle on a bolt located beneath the burrs.

General Rules for care and use of your Turkish Coffee Grinder:

Don't leave ground coffee or beans in the grinder.

Use a brush to remove and left over grounds from the grinder.

Don't wash your grinder clean the outside surfaces with a clean damp cloth if necessary and dry immediately.

Clean the ground coffee reservoir with a dry cloth to ensure that oils and grinds from previous grindings don't negatively impact freshly ground coffee.

With the use the outer surfaces may become tarnished, use a metal polish only on the outside surfaces to bring the grinder back to its original luster.
